HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management platform, has introduced new Service and Content Hubs alongside the global release of its Commerce Hub, aimed at meeting the evolving needs of small and medium businesses.
The announcement was made during HubSpot’s biannual product showcase, Spotlight, where these new hubs expand the array of tools available to marketing, sales, and service teams using the platform.
The newly launched Service Hub, enhanced by HubSpot AI, integrates support and success functions for the first time, empowering CX leaders to scale support operations and enhance customer retention. Key features include the Help Desk Workspace, advanced SLAs, robust routing tools, workforce management settings, and APIs. Additionally, the Customer Success Workspace, currently in beta, offers insights into account activity, pipelines, customer health scores, and product usage integrations with essential applications.
According to Andy Pitre, Executive Vice President of Product at HubSpot, “Marketing, sales, and service teams are undergoing significant transformations as technology and customer expectations evolve. Without the right tools for these customer-facing teams, businesses cannot achieve growth.”
The Service Hub incorporates over a dozen AI-driven tools, including a GPT-powered Chatbot, Real-time Reply Recommendations, Conversation Summaries, and Suggested Next Steps.
Meanwhile, the Content Hub, also powered by HubSpot AI, serves as a comprehensive content marketing solution, featuring AI Content Creation, Content Remix, Brand Voice, Audio Tools, and a Members Blog and Gated Content Library.

In collaboration with Stripe, HubSpot has globally rolled out its Commerce Hub, offering capabilities such as managing invoices, subscriptions, and payment schedules, along with support for local payment methods and multicurrency transactions. The Commerce Hub also introduces new tools like enhanced Quickbooks integration and a dedicated API for payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
